What it does

Everything the practice needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Built with doulas rather than at them. These are the things you would open on a Tuesday, not a list written to fill a comparison table. Two halves: the work of running a practice, and the work you trained for.

Families and members

Each client is a Family, a private space that holds everything about them. Add as many members as you need and every one gets their own login. Members of the family are always free, however many join. You pay once when someone becomes a client in their own right.

Run the practice

Booking, money, contracts and the record of what you did, so the admin stops taking your evenings.

Invoicing

Send an invoice and your client gets a private pay link, no sign in needed. They pay by card straight into your own Stripe account, or by Zelle, Venmo or check the way you already accept. We take no cut.

Contracts

Send your service agreement for click to sign and keep the executed PDF. Advance care planning documents never go through e-sign. Those stay on paper, as they should. Online signing is part of Premier.

Online booking

Turn on your booking link, set the hours you take sessions and how long they run, and share it. A client picks a day and a time, you both get a calendar invite, and the session shows up on your dashboard. Off until you switch it on.

Reminders that send themselves

The day before a booked session, your client and you each get a reminder. Switch on overdue reminders and an invoice that goes past due gets a short nudge with its pay link, at most twice, a week apart. After that it is yours to follow up.

Session notes

A visit log for each client, private to you and the doulas in your practice. Members never see it. Write a note after each visit, edit it in place, and search the log once it grows.

Next steps, per client

A short checklist for each client that fills itself in from what has happened: terms accepted, contract signed, intake done, directive shared. Add steps of your own, like booking a notary. Your client sees the same list on their dashboard, and the client list on your desktop shows how far along each one is.

Practice reports

Outstanding and collected for this month, last month, this year or all time, matching your invoices page to the dollar, with a CSV you can hand to your bookkeeper. No engagement scores, no visit counts.

Bring the care

Your own forms come with you. Upload the intake sheets, care plans and directives you already use, share them with one client or the whole practice, and they sit alongside the eleven that come loaded.

Private chat

Secure messaging between you, each client, and the people they have invited. End of life conversations stop living in your personal text messages.

Healthcare directives

A built in directive your clients fill out at their own pace, plus room for the templates you already use. Every finished directive gets a signed PDF and a QR share card.

Vigil Mode

A bedside dashboard for active dying. Their healthcare agent and their end of life wishes come up straight from their directive, so what you filled out months ago is in your hand when it matters, with the agent's number one tap away. Log comfort, presence, breathing and ritual as the hours pass. When they die, the page becomes their memorial and keeps everything logged during the vigil. Private to you and the doulas in your practice, and off until you switch it on.

The resource library

Upload your intake forms, care plans, POLST, MOST, vigil plans and legacy letters. Share with one client or your whole practice. Eight forms ship in Spanish, from intake through after death planning.

Video wishes

Your client records short messages inside their own space. A word to a grandchild, a blessing, a story. The family keeps them.

Family updates

Post once about your client and everyone is notified in the app and by email. One update from you instead of a dozen separate check in texts.

Eleven documents for the work itself

You do not have to bring your own intake form or build a directive from scratch. These are loaded the day you sign up. Assign any of them to a client on day one, and upload your own alongside them.

  1. Healthcare Directive

Names a healthcare agent and captures values and care preferences across the situations that come up.

  2. Living Will

A focused statement of life sustaining treatment preferences. The voice that speaks when your client cannot.

  3. VSED Directive

Documents a client's voluntary choice to stop eating and drinking, while they can still make and communicate it clearly.

  4. MAiD Personal Record

A reflection and planning document for Medical Aid in Dying. Works alongside the legal forms where MAiD is legal, and as a planning tool where it is not.

  5. Doula Intake

Your structured first session. History, preferences, care goals, reusable with every client.

  6. Vigil and Death Plan

Who is present, what is read, the music, the light, the small things that matter.

  7. Planning for After Death

Notifications, services, accounts, legacy. Decided ahead of time instead of under pressure.

  8. Family Communication Guide

What to say at each stage, who calls whom, how to time the hard conversations.

  9. Life Review

A guided walk back through a whole life, a decade at a time. Ends with an optional letter.

  10. Legacy Questions

Prompts on what a client wants remembered. The people, the ordinary days, the things they made.

  11. Legacy Projects and Ideas

A menu of things to make or arrange for the people they are leaving. Pick two, leave the rest.
